How soon will I receive my order? |

We aim at shipping all orders the within 2 days. We usually provide a very quick service and most orders tend to be delivered within 2 to 5 days, however on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer. If you believe there may be a problem with your delivery feel free to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help. |

How will I know ShoeLEX has received my order? |

Once the transaction is completed, you receive confirmation by email that your order is being processed. We will also send you an email to confirm when your order has been completed and dispatched. |

All France orders are charged at a fixed rate of $6.80 (€5.00). For European & International orders, the shipping price varies from $9.50 (€7.00) to $19.00 (14.00€) depending on the size/weight of the order. |
